The application of character strengths is not a one-size-fits-all approach. There are many ways character strengths can be applied to improve employee work engagement, productivity and the overall culture of your organization. Research studies show when individuals apply their character strengths they are happier, less stressed, more engaged and find more meaning in their work.

Additionally, individuals are adjusting to new ways of working together, either remotely or with new processes in place. With a VIA customized webinar, your group will get guidance and practices tailored to your needs and interests, that is informed by the emerging character strengths science. VIA will work with you to plan a session that is engaging and informative.
